Complete the Texas Enrollment Packet
Fill out the state-required emergency contacts, immunization records, dietary preferences, and authorized pickup lists.
Reserve Your Little Angel's Spot
Submit the registration fee to secure your child's placement in their specific age group classroom.

What to Bring for Registration
Per Texas Health and Human Services Child-Care Licensing regulations, the following documents must be on file prior to your child's first day:
- Child's Official Birth Certificate or Hospital Record
- Up-to-Date Texas Immunization / Shot Record
- Physician's Health Statement & Food Allergy Action Plan (if applicable)
- Emergency Contact Info & Authorized Pickup Names/Phones
- Signed Daycare Parent Handbook & Operational Policy Agreement
