1. Child & Family Information Confidentiality
Heavenly Angels Christian Daycare treats all enrollment forms, immunization records, medical allergies, emergency contact details, and child progress reports with strict confidentiality. Records are maintained securely in accordance with Texas Health and Human Services standards and are accessible only by authorized administrative and teaching personnel.
2. Online Inquiries & Job Applications
Information submitted via our online inquiry, tour request, and employment application forms (including names, phone numbers, email addresses, schedules, and uploaded resumes) is utilized solely for communicating with prospective parents and reviewing job candidates. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact data to third parties.
3. Photo & Media Release
Photographs and media displayed on our official website or Facebook page are published solely for parents and center community celebration. Enrolled parents have the full right to opt in or opt out of social media and web photography via our written annual enrollment agreement.
